Big Mex Trailers maintains a straightforward and transparent payment process to ensure a smooth experience for all clients.
- Accepted Payment Methods
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), direct bank deposits, and SWIFT transfers for international clients are the primary modes of payment. Credit and debit card transactions can be arranged on request, subject to verification procedures. - Payment Process
Full payment must be completed before any goods are released for dispatch or collection. Orders are processed and scheduled for delivery only after confirmation that payment has cleared in the company’s designated bank account. - Currency
All transactions are conducted in South African Rand (ZAR). International clients are responsible for any associated bank charges or currency conversion fees. - Invoice Validity
Invoices remain valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing and availability are subject to change without prior notice if payment has not been received. - Payment Confirmation
Proof of payment must be submitted to sales@bigmextrailers.com for verification. Processing begins only once funds are confirmed. - Late Payment
Delays in payment may result in storage charges or cancellation of the order. Big Mex Trailers reserves the right to apply administrative fees in cases of prolonged payment delays. - Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are considered only under exceptional circumstances and subject to internal review and approval. Approved refunds may be subject to administrative deductions. Orders canceled after payment confirmation are subject to a restocking fee. - Ownership and Title
Ownership of goods remains with Big Mex Trailers until full payment is received and cleared. Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer upon dispatch or collection.
